If you can still sign in

This is the fastest way, and it happens immediately.

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to More → Settings.
  3. Choose Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you cannot sign in

Email us from the address you registered with, so we can be sure the request is yours:

Include: the name you registered with. Do not send your password — we can never see it and will never ask for it.

We acknowledge within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your name, email address, phone number and postal address · your year of birth · your profile photograph · your membership application and its decision · your saved nohas · your notification tokens · your sign-in credentials Your consent record — the fact that you gave or withdrew permission, when, and in which language. India's DPDP Act requires us to be able to demonstrate we had your consent, so this survives deletion. It does not contain your membership details.
Deletion cannot be undone. There is no recovery period and no archive. If you wish to rejoin later you will apply again as a new member, and the committee will review the application as they would any other.

What deletion does not do

Photographs of community gatherings published in the app's gallery are records of the organisation's own events, not part of your account. If you appear in one and would like it removed, tell the committee — we remove it the same day, as our privacy policy says.
